All I can say it that after two and a half weeks waiting for an appointment for cut and color to receive a call 45 minutes before my appointment that the stylist would not be there. I was not happy. Then to be offered an 6 weeks later..... unacceptable. Never EVER again....what a joke and mess!!!!!
Very beautiful salon. I came in to introduce myself as I am a new Chiropractor to Northfield and was treated very well by Tracy (manager/stylist). She was helpful and very kind. I will be back to get my hair cut soon. Great customer service.
