Very friendly, helpful and honest!
I really needed my car by that weekend because my parents were in town. Instead they came off as not caring and seemed to be creating a lot of excuses that didn't fit together. There were no apologies made by their service team and I paid full cost. Would NOT recommend.
They dropped my car off the tow truck, didn't say sorry and had the nerve to blame me for it cause there was a donut that went flat which is why I was having it towed! Yelled at me, yelled about how much he hated his job and made me feel nervous he might do more damage or even come at me if I said anything so I didn't say a word! Never again will I use them and would never recommend then to anyone even!
Fast service without any hassle. Quality work and reasonable prices. I love being able to drop off my car after work, without any appointment, knowing that it will be ready the following evening.
Have used their towing service a couple times. Had some tires balanced n rotated as well. Good job at a fair price.
I dropped my car off on a Monday and got a call back that Wednesday morning saying they had ordered the necessary part and it would be done by the end of the day Thursday. Thursday rolled around and I got a call saying their employee didn't show up to work and it would be done Friday. When I got a call at the end of the day Friday I thought I was in business but instead they said the part had not come in and it was not going to get done until after the weekend.
