I had fun at Verizon. Everyone that was working were so lively and fun. They helped me pick out the best product. Tim especially helped me. Not sure the other men's names who were working but there were four total. I went in Saturday October 8th and was there from 1-3pm so whoever was working during those times. Nice people and great service.
Costumer service was confusing and embarrassing. IPhone is having screen issues--literally started happening out of the blue. Was asked if I had dropped my iPhone (reasonable question). When I said no, assuming costumer service wanted to know if problems happened after a phone drop, costumer service giggled at me and responded, "you've NEVER dropped your phone??" Felt like recommendations weren't clear, wasn't asked my name or if I was on a plan (which I was). Felt like costumer service was frustrated with my questions. I told them about previous service I'd received after having similar problem with my last iPhone, they flat out told me the person who helped me was fired for the way he helped people. When I told them I was on a service plan, and wasn't sure of the details, they asked me more questions instead of looking up my information or asking for my name. Finally, I asked them to look up my service plan. In the end, they recommended I just get a new iPhone and I think that's a good option so that's what I'm doing!
Hands down the best Verizon store I have ever experienced. The staff and manager have gone out of their way to accommodate my needs every time I have called or been in the store. Thank you for everything you do!
I recently bought a Hotspot, a Jet pack they call it, from the Verizon store in northfield. I was assured it would be better quality than using the hot spot on my phone to connect devices to the internet. The guy, Tim, was super busy, didn't explain to me that if I wanted top speeds, I would need to pay more per month. I would not have signed a TWO YEAR contract if I had known what I was getting. Verizon store 14 day return policy doesn't allow much for me to work with. so now I'm in a 2 years contract with something that doesnt work. terrible customer service in the beginning through the end.
