Had a flooding septic issue and the response was very fast, which is incredibly important in combating a water problem.. Work and tools were very good. Because of foot traffic carpets had to be cleaned, and while okay, not the best we've had for carpet cleaning. But we had some area rugs done by another employee of the group, and they were exceptionally clean, so it looks like it may be an individual thing and not a company thing.
Wonderful service and superb results! I had some carpet stains that pre-dated my ownership of the house-- 2009 or earlier. When I returned after the cleaning, even those stains were completely gone. That's why ServiceMaster by Ayotte is my go to!
We had enlisted ServiceMaster to clean a carpet in our basement that had discolored after some water damage to the area. Your worker did a nice, professional job in cleaning the entire carpeted area of the basement. It looked great. However, after the area had totally dried out, the discoloration was quite visible. I contacted ServiceMaster who scheduled a worker to come and specifically address that area. He come out within a couple of days, did a very nice job: quickly & neatly. The results are outstanding. We are most pleased with ServiceMaster.
The crew was very professional in how the conducted their business. I had them clean out all my vents, returns and dryer vent. They treat your home as if it is their own and explain every step as they go. The service team we had were friendly and made me feel confident my home was in the best hands possible. Thank you to the Service Master team for an amazing job. I will have no problem referring your services to friends and family.
Excellent service. Very responsive, especially to any complaints or special needs. We use them for office cleaning. They weren't the cheapest cleaner, but we have kept them because they give a good value even at the higher price.
