This is like heaven for our dog. They have great variety and great products. I like that you can bring your dog into the store and they always offer to help you carry out your food (although I don't need the help), which is nice of them. The rewards program is wonderful because you don't have to sign up for anything and they just keep track of how many bags you purchased and you get a free bag of dog food after purchasing so many of the same kind. I like the Bark and Mews flyer they send out also. It has some nice coupons in it and there are always cute dog and cat pictures.

Every three weeks or so I buy a bag of the exact same food and am told this is your sixth, next one is free. So today I'm all excited to get my free bag because they told me it was for really real, like I'm really going to finally get the free bag and am told it is my fifth and I haven't bought food since October, I argue a little and she says people haven't been entering it and another cashier looks finds another order history and tells me it's my fourth. The most annoying part was when they said "well, you should of taken the free bag last time instead of waiting". I honestly don't get it. Either it was free or it wasn't. I'm begining to see the beauty of Amazon for pet food needs with a consistent and simple to track order history.
good service, expensive prices. Bought my dog a cow trachea and it made him sick for days..
