I worked with two employees here, and both were amazing! Kim Paddock in the home loan division was almost more a teacher than a loan officer. I talked with a different loan officer, and after that experience I would never used anyone but Kim. Also, Dan Scheffler in the business banking area was amazing! I can't believe that service like his is out there!
The receptionist was really uncomfortable around me. Didn’t say hi to me. Just looked at me like “yes, what do you want?” And the banker she referred me too was equally uncomfortable with me. Not sure why. I was dressed in professional wear. Heels and all. Perhaps the clientele they work with are older and look more like them. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
My bank for 25+ years. Friendly, helpful people. Has up-to-date tools and resources. Has been great working with me on my mortgage during some tough times I've had.
For you history Buffs this is the bank where the shootout between the James gang & the townspeople happened in 1876. Look closely you can actually still see the bullet holes in the brick walls. Also they have a log book there showing the last transaction before the bank was robbed.
