The bathrooms were not clean, I was given bad customer service, and there were flys everywhere.
Asked to pull foreward, did not want to due to prior mistakes. Was promised they would not mess up- they did and were rude when i went in to fix it. Later found out the gave me a regular coke instead of diet.
Dining room was fairly busy for the middle of the afternoon. Seemed understaffed but food was delivered promptly. Service was courteous but underwhelming. Pretty standard for what it is.
During the morning and day hours, this McDonald's is fast, friendly and correct on orders. This is honestly the best McDonald's I've been to ever! They package the food nicely, so that the fries aren't tipped over. I rarely ever have to wait for food. The sandwiches don't look sloppy. They actually think of the customer. I'm not sure on evening staff, however, the morning and daytime staff are wonderful!
Honestly some of the most genuinely friendly and helpful staff at any McDonald's ever. They know my son's name and are happy to see us. Very few mistakes on our orders and are so nice about fixing anything if there are any. Drive through is fast and friendly too.
