3.Good food...most of the time.
I come because I like the food but man, it seems like 90% of the time, the service is horrible. I never come when it is busy. Usually the waitress has no more than 3 tables, yet, I will sit most of my meal with no water. Today, I had to go find the waitress to get water. She and another woman were in the back gossiping. I ask for water and mention I've been waiting a while and I recieve a dirty look and no apologies..that was the only refill I needed. I'm so sick of the bad wait staff here..

Quiet family atmosphere with great food!
Perkins is a chain restaurant serving comfort food like breakfast all day in addition to standard lunch and dinner options. They also offer fresh baked goods like muffins and pies.
I think this is a great place. It needs work on timing and making sure the food stays on one plate. For example, last time i came here, my appetizer had spaghetti noodles in it.
